On the initiative of three Afghan general managers, the companies FRANOR Conseil (French company), KCR group (French company) and Hakimie Corporation (American company) have decided to join forces for the reconstruction of Afghanistan.This is the reason why F.K.H. was created. Each entity in different sectors of activity brings its know-how and experience as well as its relationships to form an international network for private companies willing to participate in the reconstruction.
